Educational Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with enterprise systems.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Oversee quality assurance, unit testing, and integration testing of Salesforce applications.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Work within Agile SCRUM development methodology and influence technical decisions.
