Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to architect, design, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, solution architecture, hands-on development, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce architectures
- Design secure, high-performance, and future-ready solutions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
2. Development & Integration
- Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms
- Handle data migration, ETL processes, and external system integrations
3. Technical Leadership
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and release management
4. Platform Management
- Oversee implementation and configuration across:
- Sales Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Commerce Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Ensure compliance with Governor Limits, security policies, and performance optimization
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and project managers
- Provide effort estimation and technical feasibility analysis
6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features
- Recommend enhancements to optimize business processes and platform usage
