Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities

The developer will design and build robust, elastic, and maintainable Salesforce. com modules and solutions. The applicant will be part of an offshore and onshore team. He must be a self-starter having a thorough understanding of Saleforce. com administration, configuration, coding, integration strategies, data manipulation, roles and profiles.

Candidate will participate in an offshore development team, as well as collaborate with onshore UI/UX Lead, Product Owner, Solutions Delivery Lead, and Solutions Architect to plan and coordinate efforts. Candidate will evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with the Product Owner, engineers and others. The developer will be expected to make recommendations on interacting with legacy programs, create design documents to illustrate software components, provide best practices on Salesforce. com configuration and development, peer review source code delivered by developers, create and update object schemas and queries, and be able to read and interpret a current code base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required, specializing in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience administering, configuring and building Salesforce. com solutions.
• Strong experience with working with teams in an onshore and offshore model.
• Experience with APEX, Salesforce. com Objects, Integration, data manipulations, and security.
• Strong experience in design, construction, and deployment on the Salesforce. com platform.
• Strong experience with Database Design, Database Objects and Procedures
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices
• Experience with developing SaaS applications
• Experience with single sign-on, session management, user profiles, and user identity and authentication frameworks a strong plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting and solving performance issues
• Experience with cloud platforms (ex. MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and concepts
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment
