About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Myridius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients unique business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, and data migrations, as well as strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior developers. As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. You will also be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring optimal system performance, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends. This is a strategic role that combines technical mastery with leadership, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to Salesforce development and architecture. Proven hands-on experience of at least 2 years in Apex, integrations, and data migrations is essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce Lightning customization, including Lightning Components, Apex, Apex Data Loader, flows, and Lightning App Builder. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership, managing technical teams, and conducting code reviews. A strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices is required, along with expertise in performance optimization and integration of multiple technologies. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. A background in other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, or Zoho is preferred. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's or University degree, with certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder, Admin 201, and Cloud Certifications being advantageous.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will architect solutions that are both extensible and maintainable, leveraging best practices in enterprise application development. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers is crucial, ensuring adherence to coding standards and development methodologies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion. Overseeing the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting languages is a key aspect of this role. You will also drive initiatives aimed at optimizing system performance, enhancing user experience, and streamlining business processes. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and Salesforce updates is vital to inform architectural decisions and technical roadmaps. Additionally, you will lead technical planning sessions, conduct workshops, and facilitate discussions on trade-offs between configuration and customization. Managing onshore and offshore technical teams, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment are integral to your responsibilities.
