Design and develop robust, maintainable Salesforce. com solutions.
Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, including UI/UX Leads, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Technical Architects.
Evaluate user requirements in partnership with the Product Owner and engineering teams.
Make recommendations for interacting with legacy systems and create design documents to illustrate software components.
Provide best practices for Salesforce. com configuration and development, conduct peer reviews of code, and create/update object schemas and queries.
Read and interpret existing code bases and ensure quality and performance of solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, administering and configuring Salesforce. com solutions (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus).
Proven experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce. com objects, Apex, integration, data manipulation, and security.
Strong background in designing, constructing, and deploying applications on the Salesforce. com platform.
Experience with database design, database objects, and procedures.
Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices.
Solid skills in VF Pages, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience in developing SaaS applications.
Familiarity with single sign-on, session management, user profiles, and authentication frameworks is a strong advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (Azure Repos, GitHub) and CI/CD (Azure Pipelines).
Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and tools (e. g. , Azure Boards, Jira).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and stay current with rapidly changing technologies.
Salesforce Certifications (e. g. , Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.
