Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and IT SMEs to design and deliver solutions for Salesforce B2B subscription services.
Partner with business and functional teams to align solutions with strategic priorities and recommend the best approach (Declarative vs Programmatic vs AppExchange).
Work closely with IT CRM and business teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and plan future releases.
Participate in project discussions and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, PMs, and QA teams.
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex
SOQL
Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and third-party tools.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and enhancements.
Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices are followed.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience in designing enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Strong experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
Salesforce Service/Support processes
Custom application development on Salesforce
Experience in high-volume, enterprise-scale environments.
Solid understanding of:
CRM best practices
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP)
