Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.

• Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of the development of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize programming languages and tools for customization, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity with other business systems.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools for integration purposes.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to current products.
• Establish and enforce governance policies related to release management, change control, and security.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices and security standards.
• Mentor and coach the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Provide training on advanced Salesforce development concepts and methodologies.
