We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Revenue Cloud to lead complex Salesforce transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Apex, Lightning Components, Integration Architecture, and Data Modeling, with hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade Quote-to-Cash systems.
You'll collaborate with clients, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and optimize Salesforce platforms that scale with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership Architect and lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including CPQ, Billing, and CLM. Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations.
- Establish technical design patterns, governance frameworks, and release management best practices.
Solution Architecture:
- Define end-to-end system architecture, including integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications, ensuring reusability and maintainability.
- Optimize data architecture, performance tuning, and platform scalability.
- Documentation and end-user enablement.
Integration & Data Management
- Design and oversee integrations with payment gateways, tax engines, ERP, and subscription management systems using REST, SOAP, and Middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Celigo etc).
- Lead data migration strategy including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor developers and consultants on Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with business and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Partner with pre-sales and project managers to estimate technical efforts and contribute to proposals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise 12+ years of IT experience with at least 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, CLM) implementations.
- Expert-level proficiency in: Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable jobs) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, SOQL/SOSL Integration design (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools) Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Experience implementing multi-org, multi-currency, and multi-region solutions.
Architecture Skills
- Proven track record of architecting enterprise-level Quote-to-Cash platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform Architecture, Metadata Model, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns and API-first design.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cloud Advanced Configurator (RCA) and OmniStudio a strong plus.
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (required).
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant (preferred).
