Salesforce Tech Lead / Platform Lead - Sales Cloud – LWC – Apex - Remote - India

Empiric are currently working alongside a global logistics leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong Sales Cloud experience to lead and be capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people.

The successful candidate will be an expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and integrate Salesforce to different Web Services and Custom API's. Plus Agentforce and AI related hands on experience.

The Tech Lead should be well-versed with different deployment methods like Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.

The Salesforce Tech Lead must have good knowledge of Platform events and all the Pull based event mechanism in Salesforce.

Essential skills:

• LWC
• Apex
• Integration
• Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform
• Advance SOQL / Reports and Dashboards
• Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Organizational & time management
• Communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
