Role Summary
The Salesforce Tech Lead will own end-to-end technical delivery on Salesforce, lead solution design, mentor developers, and ensure quality, security, and scalability across enterprise implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Lead developers and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and review Apex, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, LWC/Aura, flows, and platform events.
- Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware.
- Own CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows.
- Optimize data performance, SOQL/SOSL usage, and large data handling.
- Ensure compliance with testing, linting, code quality, and documentation standards.
- Work with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders on delivery planning.
