Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce applications while ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows, along with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and design effective solutions based on business requirements. The candidate must be comfortable working in US CST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Salesforce users and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Analyze support requests and proactively design solutions based on business requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, automations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and recommend improvements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Document support processes, solutions, and technical changes.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize support tickets and tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze issues and design solutions independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work during US Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
