Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 12 + Years.

OSI Digital is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to work on new implementations. At OSI good performers will be rewarded with our well-designed recognition programs. Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present Salesforce capabilities, and deliver tailored solution demonstrations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, and other related technologies.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the technical and business value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Support the creation of RFP responses, technical proposals, and project estimates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends, integrating new capabilities into proposed solutions.

Required Skills

  • Overall 12+ years of experience, with at least 8 years of implementation experience on Salesforce platform.
  • 3+ years of Pre-sales Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM, including solution architecture, POV/ proposal creation and strong business process knowledge.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce ecosystem, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of industry-specific challenges and Salesforce solutions that address them.
  • Tools: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
