Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present Salesforce capabilities, and deliver tailored solution demonstrations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, and other related technologies.
- Client Interaction: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the technical and business value of Salesforce solutions.
- Proposal Development: Support the creation of RFP responses, technical proposals, and project estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends, integrating new capabilities into proposed solutions.
Required Skills
- Overall 12+ years of experience, with at least 8 years of implementation experience on Salesforce platform.
- 3+ years of Pre-sales Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM, including solution architecture, POV/ proposal creation and strong business process knowledge.
- Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce ecosystem, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of industry-specific challenges and Salesforce solutions that address them.
- Tools: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
