Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Consultant

Position : Consultant

Agreement : 3 months, extendable

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce consultant with strong experience inSalesforce Service CloudandMarketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC).We need a consultant who can configure the Salesforce and SFMC components, help define the required integration touch points, and support end-to-end testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Service Cloud.

Experience configuring and supportingSalesforce Caseworkflows.

Experience creating or supporting case-related tasks, subtasks, statuses, and automation.

Strong hands-on experience withMarketing Cloud Engagement.

Experience withJourney Builder,Data Extensions, and triggered communication flows.

Proven experience configuring and troubleshootingMarketing Cloud Connect.
