Job Description

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Agentforce AI agents for workflow automation and customer engagement
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
  • Implement REST API-based integrations with backend systems
  • Perform data migrations, patches, and corrections
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and code quality (peer reviews)
  • Participate in end-to-end lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and proactively manage risks
  • Support post-go-live activities including knowledge transfer and application stability

MUST-HAVE Skills (Critical)

✅ Agentforce Expertise (TOP PRIORITY)

  • Hands-on experience in building custom AI agents using Agentforce
  • Strong exposure to Service Agents, Lead Nurturing Agents, Employee Agents
  • Experience with prompt templates, agent configuration, and automation use cases

✅ Salesforce Development

  • 6+ years of experience with strong Apex programming
  • Expertise in Bulkification, Async processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
  • Strong knowledge of test-driven development and code coverage

✅ Lightning Development

  • Hands-on experience in LWC (preferred) & Aura
  • Migration from Visualforce/Aura to LWC
  • Focus on performance optimization and reusable components

✅ Flow Automation

  • Expertise in Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, Flow Orchestration
  • Experience replacing Process Builder / Workflow Rules

✅ Integration & DevOps

  • REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC
  • CI/CD using SFDX, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Experience managing Salesforce code in GitHub (6+ years)

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) experience
  • Exposure to Angular/React
  • Experience with Salesforce Sites & Lightning App Builder

  • Proven ability to build AI-driven Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
