Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support
delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, particularly involving
Salesforce Service Cloud and platform enhancements. The Scrum Master will
facilitate Agile processes, coordinate between business and technical teams,
and ensure smooth execution of sprint-based delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate
- Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint
- reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work
- closely with Product Owners, Salesforce developers, administrators, and
- business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Manage
- and maintain the product backlog and sprint backlog in collaboration with
- the Product Owner.
- Track
- and report sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies.
- Remove
- impediments and blockers that may affect the development team's
- productivity.
- Ensure
- adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum framework.
- Coordinate
- across teams for integration dependencies, testing activities, and release
- planning.
- Provide
- regular status updates, sprint metrics, and delivery reports to
- stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 610
- years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 35 years as a Scrum
- Master.
- Strong
- experience managing Agile projects for Salesforce implementations or CRM
- platforms.
- Familiarity
- with Salesforce development and configuration processes (Service Cloud
- knowledge preferred).
- Experience
- using Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project
- management tools.
- Strong
- ability to manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, QA,
- and business analysts.
- Excellent
- communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Certified
- Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM certification.
- Experience
- working on Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
- Prior
- experience as Business Analyst or Salesforce functional consultant is an
- added advantage.
