Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Consultant with strong Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud expertise to support and deliver complex healthcare implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical understanding, recent implementation and support experience, and strong exposure to Medicaid rule interpretation, working in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Must Have Skills

• 6 + Years of experience in Salesforce
• Must have deep technical expertise Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Recent experience implementing and supportingRevenue Cloud projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in Medicaid rule interpretation and compliance-driven requirements, Requirement documentation, validation, and traceability
• Integration experience with REST APIs
• Experience in Quote to Order
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse technology teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Salesforce Health Cloud Certification
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification
• Healthcare domain experience (Medicaid, payer, provider).
• Exposure to Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, analytics, and intelligent automation.

Business & Functional Analysis

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Interpret Medicaid rules, policies, and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed requirement documentation, functional design documents, and validation artifacts.
• Perform requirement traceability and ensure alignment from design through implementation and testing.

Salesforce Implementation & Support

• Must have recent hands-on experience working on implementation and support engagements involving Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Work closely with architects and developers during configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Support functional and technical troubleshooting during SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations against business requirements.

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Work on integration requirements involving REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with integration, middleware, and data teams to define interface specifications and data mappings.
• Participate in integration testing and validation activities.
• Ensure end-to-end data flow accuracy across Salesforce and external healthcare systems.

Stakeholder Communication & Team Coordination

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and multiple technology teams.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and validation sessions.
• Provide clear communication of requirements, dependencies, and changes to all stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively in fast-paced delivery cycles.
