We are looking for a
Salesforce Revenue Automation Engineer to architect and deliver scalable quoting, pricing, and revenue workflows across Salesforce ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, automation, and business enablementowning complex CPQ logic, system integrations, and platform enhancements that power enterprise-grade sales operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate commercial complexity into robust, maintainable Salesforce solutions that support speed, accuracy, and scale.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Revenue & CPQ Engineering
Architect and implement advanced CPQ solutions to support complex pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote-to-cash workflows.
Configure and extend CPQ logic to handle multi-product, multi-currency, and enterprise sales scenarios.
Optimize CPQ performance, scalability, and usability for global sales teams.
Salesforce Platform Development
Build custom platform capabilities using
Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC),
Aura, and
Visualforce where required.
Design scalable data models, custom objects, and business logic aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries to ensure high performance and data integrity.
Integrations & Automation
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems such as HR platforms, partner portals, and customer success tools.
Implement intelligent automation using
Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and programmatic triggers.
Support user lifecycle automation including onboarding, access provisioning, and role-based permissions via APIs.
DevOps, Quality & Deployment
Participate in CI/CD pipelines using tools like
Flosum,
Opsera, and
GitHub to support reliable deployments.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and post-release validation in production environments.
Support data migration, release management, and environment governance.
Analytics & Enablement
Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support sales operations and leadership visibility.
Partner with business teams during discovery, testing, UAT, and rollout phases to ensure adoption and success.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong, proven expertise in
Salesforce CPQ implementations and customization.
Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and commercial workflows.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in
Apex,
Lightning Web Components,
JavaScript, and
Visualforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and automation capabilities.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party and internal enterprise systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern Salesforce DevOps workflows.
Nice to Have
Experience integrating tools such as
Workday,
PRM platforms, or
Gainsight.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification (PD1 / 401 or equivalent).
Exposure to large-scale CPQ transformations or quote-to-cash initiatives.
