Job Title: Salesforce RCA Developer

Salesforce RCA Developer

Exp : 4 to 6 Years

Minimum 1 Year into Revenue Cloud.

Location : Hyderabad.

C2H Process

An ideal candidate must be a Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience; with expertise in CPQ (configuration, Price, Quote) and Billing and exposure to live RCA/CPQ-Billing projects, with strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, API integrations, and revenue lifecycle automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions across CPQ, Contracting, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Configure product catalogues, pricing rules, bundles, and attribute-driven logic within RCA.
  • Build and deploy customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex code, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Work with API-first RCA architecture to integrate with external ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
  • Implement and support AI-powered Quote Agent and intelligent configurators for sales automation.
  • Participate in full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers business requirements.
  • Lead and guide the team towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Capable of working independently and delivering highest quality output.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing/RCA).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, CPQ and Billing, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and APIs.
  • Proven hands-on experience in live RCA implementations (preferably end-to-end).
  • Solid understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management: quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
