Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce professional to join our client as an R&D and Innovation Lead within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE).
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem along with a passion for innovation, engineering excellence, and emerging technologies. This role will focus on building future-ready solutions, POCs, reusable assets, and innovation frameworks to drive business growth and technical differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Development
- Design and develop cutting-edge multi-cloud Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Tableau.
- Build innovative demos, POCs, and accelerators that are scalable, reusable, and business-aligned.
2. Innovation & Asset Creation
- Create industry-specific reusable frameworks and accelerators for cross-client usage.
- Stay aligned with the Salesforce product roadmap to proactively build solutions using upcoming features.
3. Client Engagement & Presales
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate client requirements into impactful demos and POCs.
- Conduct high-quality client demos to showcase solution value and drive confidence.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with innovative technical solutioning.
4. Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
5. Thought Leadership
- Act as a Salesforce SME across multi-cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein capabilities.
- Contribute to industry forums, innovation initiatives, and thought leadership activities.
6. Center of Excellence (COE)
- Define and implement best practices, governance models, and engineering standards.
- Build and maintain reusable playbooks, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) & Platform Developer II (PD2)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 715 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong exposure to COE setup, innovation programs, and presales support
- Experience in building POCs, accelerators, and reusable assets
- Understanding of AI/ML integrations within Salesforce ecosystem is highly preferred
