Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Architect with strong expertise in automation testing, Coupado-based CI/CD, and Salesforce platform architecture. The role will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end QA automation strategy, ensuring high-quality releases through Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) and robust test frameworks across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Salesforce QA automation architecture, including framework selection, standards, and governance.
• Design and implement Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) strategies to support frequent Salesforce releases.
• Architect and govern Coupado-based deployment pipelines with integrated automated testing and quality gates.
• Lead automation testing across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing if applicable).
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.
• Integrate automation frameworks (Provar, Selenium, Tricentis, or equivalent) with Coupado CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish best practices for test data management, environment strategy, and data masking.
• Collaborate with developers, release managers, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness and quality sign-off.
• Review and optimize test execution performance and reporting dashboards.
• Act as the QA authority for Salesforce releases, providing architectural guidance and risk assessment.
