Job Description:

6-10 years of experience as a test engineer

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex Salesforce applications and integrations.

Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, CRT, or similar tools to ensure high-quality regression coverage.

Perform extensive functional, integration, system, and performance testing across various Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners within an Agile framework to ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle.

Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects using tools like Jira or Copado DevOps, and work with the development team to verify fixes.

Analyze and test intricate Salesforce functionalities, including custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, workflows, and process builders.

Manage test data creation and test environment configurations to ensure accurate, repeatable, and reliable testing scenarios.

Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members on testing best practices.
