Salesforce QA

Role: Senior Salesforce QA

Location: Pan India

Experience Required: 9+ years (Minimum 7+ years into Salesforce Testing & 3+ years Service Cloud)

Preferred Certifications: AccelQ, Salesforce Service cloud, Administrator, App Builder

Notice Period: Preferred Immediate to 15 days.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong API testing (Postman/Swagger) and SQL/DB query validations
• Excellent communication; client-facing experience
• Ability to work independently in an agile setup and sprint-level QA ownership
• Defect reporting, tracking, and closure
• Supporting AccelQ automation execution (preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with AccelQ automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools
