Salesforce QA Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in CPQ / Revenue Cloud and complex multi-system integration environments. The ideal candidate will drive System Integration Testing (SIT), reconciliation validation, audit-grade workflows, and batch processing validation for a highly regulated program environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of QA experience with in Revenue Cloud
• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) across multi-system ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience validating billing, pricing, proration, and payment workflows.
• Strong reconciliation testing and audit validation experience.
• Experience in batch processing validation and error-handling scenarios.
• Ability to prioritize testing based on risk and regulatory impact.
• Strong understanding of exception handling scenarios (underpayments, denials, late payments).
• Experience working in regulated environments (Healthcare / Medicaid exposure is highly preferred).

• Demonstrates strong SIT thinking beyond functional billing validation.
• Able to identify high-risk flows and design integration-heavy test coverage.
• Comfortable working in audit-sensitive environments requiring reconciliation proof.
• Capable of leading QA strategy while mentoring functional QA team members.

1. SIT Strategy & Leadership

• Lead SIT planning and execution across multiple integrated systems.
• Define test scope, prioritization strategy, and risk-based test coverage.
• Identify and validate high-risk flows including integrations, batch ingestion, and security controls.
• Differentiate SIT approach from regression and UAT testing.

2. Revenue Cloud / CPQ Functional Validation

• Validate end-to-end lifecycle flows:
  Quote Order Contract Invoice Payment
• Perform detailed validation of pricing logic, proration rules, partial payments, and billing calculations.
• Validate exception scenarios including underpayments, late payments, denials, and adjustments.

3. Integration & Batch Processing Validation

• Design and execute test cases covering multi-system data exchanges.
• Validate batch file processing including:
  • Incomplete files
  • Malformed records
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Out-of-order data
• Ensure proper failure handling, logging, retries, and notifications.

4. Reconciliation & Audit Validation

• Perform reconciliation testing across:
  • Source system totals
  • Staged/intermediate data
  • Downstream reporting systems
• Ensure audit-grade traceability and validation evidence.
• Validate role-based access controls and audit logs.

5. Defect Management & Governance

• Maintain structured test evidence and documentation.
• Track defects with clear root-cause context and integration impact analysis.
• Provide strong UAT support and stakeholder coordination
