About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and effective coordination between onsite and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.

Skill Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications.
  • 6+ years of QA experience, including leadership or QA Lead roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Community / Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce test automation experience (Selenium, Copado) is mandatory.
  • API and integration testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
  • Proven experience leading onsiteoffshore QA teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
