Salesforce QA Engineer

• Design and execute comprehensive and well-documented test plans and test cases for quality assurance of project deliverables from development stages to user acceptance testing
• Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements to fully understand scope of work to assist in comprehensive testing
• Enable test-driven development through close coordination with IT Lead and developers
• Close coordination with Salesforce Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform exploratory testing to find potential defects and provide product team with valuable insights and feedback
• Assist with ad hoc system support including but not limited to manual data loads, production bug identification, routine production testing
• Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in agile software testing preferably related to Salesforce and data integration
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce sales or service cloud
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive test cases for testing during development phases and UAT
• Experience working on an Agile development team
• Jira knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Salesforce and Agile certifications are preferred
• Data analytics experience is a plus
