Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer who can ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications through effective testing strategies and execution.

This role demands strong expertise in Salesforce testing, automation, integrations, and data validation, along with the ability to validate business requirements through comprehensive test coverage and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Translate business and technical requirements into detailed test strategies and test cases. Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks Validate Salesforce customizations including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, workflows, and flows Perform API and integration testing using REST/SOAP services and middleware systems Ensure data integrity through data validation, migration, and ETL testing Establish and enforce QA standards, testing frameworks, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing Extensive hands-on experience with:

Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules) Manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Provar,TestNG, etc.)

Strong expertise in:

Salesforce testing methodologies and test life cycle Integration testing (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware systems) Data validation, data migration, and backend testing.

Deep understanding of: Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules SOQL queries and data handling within Salesforce Defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA

Proven experience in:

Designing and executing comprehensive test plans Automating Salesforce test scenarios Working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong knowledge of: SDLC and QA processes CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps Test automation frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
