Your role

Join us as a SalesForce QA Engineer within our Apps and Software Development team, based out of Pune, to deliver end-to-end customized software application testing.

We expect you to participate and contribute at every stage of a project, including interacting with internal customers/stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and proposing solutions that best meet their expectations. You will be part of a local team working from the Atlas Copco Pune office but will also have the opportunity to contribute to global project deliveries.

You will be a key member of a highly motivated application development team, leading the test automation activities and enabling team members to deliver first-time-right application solutions.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand sales workflows and translate them into test scenarios.

. Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for Salesforce applications, focusing on Sales Cloud modules such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Quotes.

. Use JIRA and Xray for test case management, traceability, and defect tracking.

. Validate Salesforce configurations, customisations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

. Ensure test coverage across the sales path and maintain alignment with business KPIs.

. Support SIT and regression testing cycles for global rollouts and enhancements.

Support team and ensure First Time Right delivery of the code, being a key team player.

To succeed, you will need
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    . 4-5 years of manual testing experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce environments.

    . Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray for test management and defect lifecycle.

    . Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process flows.

    . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC best practices.

    . Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    . Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

    . Exposure to CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools or integrations.

    . Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.

    . Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is a plus.
