Enterprise Applications organization is seeking a QA Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications with focus on Salesforce Pricing and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). The candidate to have deep functional understanding of Salesforce CPQ, strong analytical skills and expertise in workflow and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy
- Develop detailed test plans, test scripts and test cases for Salesforce, CPQ and pricing modules
- Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration and end-to-end business scenarios
- Ensure automation coverage
Able to perform functional testing on Salesforce CPQ features
Execute regression testing for new releases, enhancements
Ensure the test plans, scripts, cases are documented and handled through Azure DevOps
Identify, document and track defects using Azure DevOps
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or similar for testing would be helpful
Ability to identify areas suitable for automation and collaborate with teams
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
5 to 7 years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing
Strong expertise in Salesforce testing in CPQ
Strong understanding of Salesforce components
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
Excellent relationship-building skills
Available and responsive to questions
Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail; and,
Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.
This role is required to be in our Hyderabad Office.
