Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce QA at Cloud Certitude in Ajmer. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements, Salesforce functional specifications, and technical designs to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing across Salesforce modules and custom applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or equivalent tools.
• Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Perform data validation and testing involving Salesforce objects, data migrations, and transformations
(SOQL/SQL).
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, product owners, and stakeholders throughout
Agile/Scrum sprints.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce QA standards, testing best practices, and release management processes.
• Prepare and present test execution reports, quality metrics, defect status, and release sign-off documentation.
• Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Develop case studies and contribute to the organizational knowledge base.
• Support client discussions and pre-sales activities.
