Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

QA and Automation Proficiency

• 3-5 years of QA experience on Salesforce.com projects. Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and API.
• Billing, CPQ, and eCommerce domain knowledge preferred
• 2-4 years working with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebdriverIO
• Deep understanding of white box, black box, and regression testing
• Strong grasp of test planning and execution best practices
• Proficient with tools like Jira, qTest, or Zephyr for incident management

AI-Driven QA

• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance testing accuracy and speed
• Experience designing test cases using intelligent tools like Cursor AI
• Ability to continuously evaluate and adopt the latest in QA tech stack

Technical and Analytical Mindset

• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC, and JavaScript preferred
• Experience in manual testing for UI/UX validation and design standard checks
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL and data reporting tools

Communication & Collaboration

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders
