Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) to design, develop, and support scalable and secure applications tailored for government and public sector clients.
The role focuses on
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, integrations, and ongoing
AMS support to ensure solution stability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Flows
- Implement and extend Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) data models for:
- Case Management
- Licensing
- Permitting
- Regulatory workflows
- Develop secure, compliant, and scalable public sector solutions
- Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems
- Follow Salesforce best practices for:
- Security model
- Governor limits
- Performance optimization
- Provide Application Maintenance & Support (AMS):
- Production issue resolution within SLA
- Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL aligned)
- Patches, enhancements, and upgrades
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers and support code quality initiatives
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Salesforce Flows
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce Security Model
- Governor Limits
- Performance tuning
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (REST/SOAP, Middleware)
- Familiarity with AMS processes and ITIL framework
