About Position:

Salesforce Project Manager, Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of software projects. Risk Identification & Mitigation Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Agile Methodology Implementation Lead Agile practices across the offshore team.

What You'll Do:

  • Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects, including CRM, CPQ, or sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Deal Hub, Outreach, or equivalent)
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, RevOps, and IT — able to drive alignment on integration dependencies and system handoffs
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute change management plans for revenue team tool transitions, including rep training and adoption tracking
  • Experience owning data migration and routing logic documentation during system deprecations (decommissioning legacy tools without business disruption)
  • Comfortable operating in an AI-forward tech environment — able to define Definition of Done criteria for AI/automation deployments and manage 30/60/90-day post-launch review cycles

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Jira Board Management Maintain and monitor Jira boards for task tracking, sprint planning, and progress reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Sprint Ceremonies Facilitation Organize and lead sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Team Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance Oversight Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular code reviews, testing coordination, and adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track team performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and achievements.
  • Continuous Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
