Who We're Looking ForWe are not hiring a salesperson. We are hiring a revenue owner who can open doors inside the Salesforce ecosystem and independently generate business from the market. If you rely only on inbound or partner leads, this role is not for you.
What You'll Do- Leverage your network with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to generate qualified opportunities
- Independently drive direct enterprise sales (mid-market & international clients)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → closure
- Generate business across: Salesforce implementations / Managed services & support / Enhancements and consulting engagements
- Position a highly competitive offshore delivery model to win deals
- Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline from multiple channels
Revenue Channels You Will Own- Salesforce Ecosystem: AEs, Partner Managers, referrals
- Direct Market: CXOs, founders, IT heads, inbound/outbound efforts
- Partnerships: Agencies, consultants, and referral networks
What Matters (Non-Negotiable)- Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs (strong advantage)
- Proven ability to generate direct business independently
- Track record of closing IT/SaaS/Salesforce services deals
- Strong hunting mindset, to be more clear this is not an account management role
What Success Looks Like- 2 weeks: Active pipeline from both AE network and direct outreach
- 4 weeks: First deal closure (at least one channel)
- 8 weeks: Consistent deal flow across multiple revenue streams
Compensation- Fixed: Based of the right candidate
- Variable: Aggressive, revenue-linked (no cap; high upside)
