Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, OmniStudio (Vlocity), and leadership capabilities to guide junior developers while ensuring best practices, performance, and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 69 years of total IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Salesforce Development
• 1.5 2 years of hands-on experience in OmniStudio (Vlocity)
• Strong expertise in:
• OmniStudio (Vlocity)
• LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Health Cloud
• Proficiency in:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Lightning Components
• Salesforce development tools and frameworks
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience in custom application development and configuration on Salesforce platform
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Middleware and integration tools
• Strong skills in:
• Data model design
• Data integrity
• SOQL / SOSL query optimization
• Experience in:
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and production support
• Performance tuning and application scalability
• Technical leadership experience, including:
• Mentoring junior developers
• Conducting code reviews
• Ensuring high-quality and maintainable code
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
