Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical development and support activities for Salesforce applications and systems as part of the Application Support Services provided to clients. The ideal candidate would have extensive technical experience in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and an ability to work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, including analysis, troubleshooting, and working on technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
Working effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure that projects are completed seamlessly without any issues.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Public Sector Solutions , Discovery Framework in PSS, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts/Integration Procedures), Conga, DocuSign, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Force.com
Strong understanding of Git repo, DevOps process knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud , Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio , Marketing Cloud, and Force.com
Strong expertise in Salesforce technical aspects, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQ L
Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
Overall, the senior technical lead is a critical role that requires extensive technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. The candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team and provide guidance to team members.
