Responsibilities
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer role involve designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions using the Omni Studio platform within the Salesforce ecosystem. These roles require a strong understanding of both Salesforce development, Omni Studio.
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability.
- Developing and automating deployment processes for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborating with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Managing version control and repositories for Salesforce projects.
- Providing technical support and guidance to Salesforce users.
- Reviewing and merging work in source control.
- Should have development knowledge in Apex, LWC and API's
- Must have good development knowledge in OmniStudio
