Salesforce Ncino developer

Salesforce Software Engineer with strong development expertise and hands-on experience in nCino or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable salesforce solutions with a focus on the banking and lending domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Integrations.
2. Customize and extend nCino Loan Origination System (Loans, Loan Product Packages, Document Manager, Collateral and Covenants).
3. Implement sharing rules, security, approval processes, and maintain compliance with salesforce best practices.
4. Work with product engineers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
5. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and governor limits.
6. Support deployments, UAT, and ongoing production issues.

Experience Required:

1. 4-7 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
2. At least 1-2 years of nCino or FSC implementation experience. (Good to have).
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
4. Hands on experience with integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware.
5. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
