Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced SFMC Consultants who have led end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, handled multi-channel marketing journeys, and possess deep hands-on technical expertise in SFMC tools and integrations.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise Areas:
- End-to-End Delivery
- Led SFMC implementation from discovery to go-live, delivering multiple successful projects.
- Architectural Decision
- Designed customer journeys, data integration strategies, and domain/IP warm-up strategies.
- Complex Journeys
- Created complex, automated, multi-channel journeys using SFMC Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and exit criteria.
Project Operations
- Managed timelines, scope, RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs throughout implementation phases.
- Technical Depth
- Hands-on with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Marketing Knowledge
Suggested audience segmentation, defined KPIs, and implemented new marketing strategies in projects.
- Integration Knowledge
Built REST/SOAP integrations and API-triggered sends with retry/rate-limit handling and Salesforce native connectors.
