Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and modern SharePoint features.
Create responsive, user-friendly intranet pages and dashboards for collaboration and document management.
Customize SharePoint Online sites to support department-specific use cases.
Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
Marketing Cloud Development:
Develop and manage email marketing journeys, automations, and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Create responsive HTML email templates, AMPscript, and dynamic content for personalized customer experiences.
Work with Marketing to develop customer segmentation strategies using SQL, data extensions, and automation rules.
Implement data integration between SharePoint, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Marketing Cloud.
General:
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
Maintain documentation for solutions and processes.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for both platforms.
Ensure all solutions are compliant with data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development (including SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps).
2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design for emails and web components.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration best practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 and SharePoint certifications.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer certification.
Experience integrating CRM systems with Marketing Cloud.
Understanding of marketing compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SFMC reports.
