Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong AI exposure to design, implement, and optimize intelligent marketing automation solutions. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journey orchestration, and leveraging AI capabilities (such as predictive analytics and personalization) to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Configure and manage modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Integrate AI-driven features (Einstein capabilities) for predictive scoring, personalization, and send-time optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and optimize customer journeys using behavioral and transactional data.
- Develop and maintain data models, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting.
- Implement APIs and integrations between SFMC and external systems (CRM, CDP, web platforms).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production deployments.
- Provide best practices and mentor junior team members.
