Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to deliver expert solutions and support clients in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for their marketing and data management needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and best practices and will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting and Research
2. Analyze clients use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, produce reports on findings, and recommend a roadmap for improvement.
3. Conduct research into market impact and suggest enhancements to marketing journeys.
4. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise
5. Utilize Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Audience Builder, and Interaction Studio to execute multi-step marketing campaigns and data management tasks.
6. Own the implementation, license management, and maintenance of Marketing Cloud solutions.
7. Solution Design and Implementation
8. Design and deliver solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and are scalable and maintainable.
9. Describe, illustrate, and justify designs with appropriate documentation and reasoning.
10. Collaboration and Prototyping
11. Work closely with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept for defining requirements.
12. Optimization and Improvements
13. Review multi-market impacts of solutions and complex journeys, offering recommendations for optimization and enhancements.
14. Stakeholder Engagement
15. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand needs and translate them into effective Marketing Cloud solutions

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and modules.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and data management.
