Mandatory Skills -
Automotive Cloud Implementation:
- Deploy and configure Driver Console to unify customer interactions and analyze the customer journey with real-time alerts for personalized communication and engagement.
- Implement Vehicle Console to centralize vehicle details, warranty information, and delivery reports, streamlining service and support operations.
- Configure Household Management to retrieve and manage a customer's household vehicle history, enabling personalized offers and communications.
- Develop and optimize Automotive Lead Management solutions to route high-value leads efficiently to dealerships based on location, brand, and customer preferences.
- Set up Partner Performance Management dashboards to track sales performance, incentive programs, and customer satisfaction for retail partners.
- Enable Automotive Data Foundation for secure data sharing and compliance with global regulations, ensuring data integrity and customer trust.
Manufacturing Cloud Implementation:
- Implement Sales Agreements for accurate, real-time account visibility, integrating agreed-upon terms, planned volumes, and revenue forecasts.
- Configure Account-Based Forecasting to create custom metrics and deliver accurate demand forecasts using Formula Builder.
- Deploy Einstein Analytics for Manufacturing to provide actionable insights into sales trends, customer behavior, account health, and product performance.
- Integrate with ERP or OMS systems via MuleSoft to streamline back-office operations, such as order management and inventory tracking.
- Use Community Cloud to foster collaboration and planning efficiency with distributors, partners, and customers.
Other must have developmental skills-
- Hands on experience in custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and triggers to automate workflows and enhance system functionality.
