Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for coding, design, and performance optimization in LWC.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features to continuously improve application performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Apex and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
