Your Role

As a Salesforce Lightning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, contribute across the full development lifecycle, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform limits.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of 34 Salesforce projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
• Build scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Leverage additional capabilities such as SFS, CPQ, OMS, and Omnistudio (good to have).
• Apply strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration, and governor limits.
• Develop highquality components using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty applications using SOAP/REST APIs and modern web technologies.
• Contribute across the full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, refactoring, and solution redesign to improve system performance and maintainability.
• Work effectively within a multivendor environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements and feature adoption.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Overall experience: 69 years, with at least 6+ years leading and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong development expertise with LWC, Visualforce, Apex, and Salesforce customization.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST services.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and platform limits.
• Exposure to SFS, CPQ, OMS, or Omnistudio (added advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, contribute to solution design, and collaborate in multivendor environments.
