Technical Lead - Salesforce Development

Experience: 7+ years

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,20,500/ month (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 2 to 4 Weeks

Shift: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST)

Opportunity Type: Remote

Placement Type: Contractual

Contract Duration: Full-time, 06 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically in Salesforce Communications Cloud and Industry CPQ (Vlocity Industries CPQ). As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding the development team, designing applications, and proposing innovative solutions to meet business requirements.

Experience and Expertise:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud and Industry CPQ (Vlocity Industries CPQ).
  • CPQ Industries Developer Certified.

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Solution Design:

  • Design and architect Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine technical specifications.

Certification (Preferred):

  • Certification in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • Certification in Vlocity Industries CPQ.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

This Role Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong Apex development background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
