We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce components, integrations, and workflows.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Oversee integration projects using Boomi or similar integration platforms.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

- Exposure to Marketing Cloud campaigns and automation.
- Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
