Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Lightning Framework (LWC)
- Apex & Visualforce
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven experience with Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS)
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Integrations, including:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware-based integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS and ERP systems
- Experience with WebMethods integration design and development
- Experience working with MuleSoft
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM & Sales/Service business processes
- Experience in Integration Testing (unit, system, end-to-end)
- Prior experience working as a Technical Lead / Team Lead
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical teams, and customer IT teams to understand integration requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce integration architecture
- Define, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce interfaces and integrations
- Create integration test plans, test cases, and execute integration testing
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations following Salesforce best practices and governor limits
- Develop:
- Data load processes
- Point-to-point integrations
- Middleware-based integrations (WebMethods / MuleSoft)
- Ensure compliance with security standards, scalability, and performance requirements
- Coordinate with customer application teams for interface setup, deployment, and support
