Salesforce Integration Developer

About the role

Versovate Labs is hiring a Salesforce Integration Developer to wire up a global client's contactcentre to Genesys Cloud and their core back-end systems. You'll design the API gateway layer, own real-time syncing across the contact-centre value chain, and bring strong MuleSoft (or Boomi) chops.

What you'll do

• Design and build REST APIs (OpenAPI), with retry/idempotency and circuit-breaker patterns

• Develop MuleSoft Anypoint flows, DataWeave transformations and connectors

• Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT and mutual-TLS for inter-system security

• Use Salesforce Connect, Platform Events and Change Data Capture where appropriate

• Maintain Interface Control Documents and API specifications

What we're looking for

• Salesforce Platform Developer I AND MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (or Boomi Pro Dev)

• 5+ years integration / API engineering experience

• 2+ Salesforce integration projects with 5+ source systems

• Hands-on Genesys Cloud or NICE CXone integration experience

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

Nice to have

• Integration Architect certifications (Salesforce or MuleSoft)

• Global / multi-region client integration exposure

• Mainframe or AS400 legacy-system experience
