Designation: Salesforce Implementation Manager / Salesforce CRM Lead

Location: Gurgaon/ Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Manager to own and manage our Salesforce CRM platform. The role will act as the internal Salesforce expert, working closely with business stakeholders and the external implementation partner to ensure successful deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and post-implementation optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce implementation partner/vendor.
  • Ensure timely delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system updates.
  • Monitor system performance, adoption, and platform stability.
  • Gather and document requirements from business teams.
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Ensure data governance, user access management, and CRM best practices.
  • Build dashboards and reports for business insights.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners for development, releases, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive user adoption through training and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 58+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience managing Salesforce vendors / implementation partners.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
